COVID-19 Response

Q Associates remains fully operational during the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. We are operating as an NHS COVID-19 Critical Supplier, and are supporting all our customers as normal, through the continued provision of technical systems and support services to underpin their IT service delivery.

In accordance with our business continuity plan, the majority of our staff are now working remotely and continue to provide the full range of Q Associates’ services. Where staff are unable to work remotely, safety measures have been put in place to ensure individual safety, protecting Q staff and customers.

Our Service Desk is operating normally and all vendor partners have implemented business continuity protocols to continue support operations during this time.
