Job title: Support Services Engineer (VMware)

Reporting to: Support Services Manager

This role requires the ability to work as part of a team and independently. The successful candidate will be experienced in VMware technologies, along with good general knowledge of datacentre technologies (compute, network, and storage). You will be able to deal with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues for both break/fix contract support & Managed Services support.

This role requires applicants to hold an L2/L3 support experience/ability, have excellent VMware product knowledge, be an advocate for all things VMware and excited about developing and growing in that area.

Reporting to: Support Services Manager

With an ability to work as part of a team and independently, the successful candidate will be experienced in NetApp technologies (hardware and software) along with good general knowledge of datacentre technologies (compute, network, and storage). You will be able to deal with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues for both break/fix contract support & Managed Services support.

This role requires applicants to hold an L2/L3 technical capability, have excellent NetApp product knowledge, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Job title: Technical Solution Architect

Reporting to: Lead Architect for Hybrid Cloud and Infrastructure Services

This role concentrates very much on data protection technologies including backup, replication, DR, data governance and ransomware protection. With the ability to work in partnership with our clients to deliver new, high-quality-solutions in response to varying business requirements, the ideal candidate will have strong in-depth knowledge and prior experience of Rubrik and Veeam backup technologies.

Knowledge of Public Cloud IaaS and SaaS data protection solutions would also be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be experienced in sales activities and developing and managing customer relationships. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
